Simplified Chinese Now Top Language Under Steam Users - survey - Video Pielages, Instructions, Exemplary Procedures, Reviews and Culture

A new survey shows the displacement of the voice users on the platform.

Although the PC market has been severely impaired in the last two years (especially by the EPIC Games Store and the unprecedented use of third-party exclusive products), Steam is still the most common way to experience PC games. The Chinese game market is also on the rise. These two things agree as it seems a new survey for language use in steam shows.

In a voluntary survey, which Valve performed in December last year, the number of users increased by 14.4% in simplified Chinese compared to the previous month, which corresponds to a share of 37.9% and the highest of all other languages . English fell by 6.6% to 30.4%.

There is no information on how many users participated in the survey. It is therefore difficult to say from which sample pool we relate to data. In both cases, the Chinese game market seems to grow relatively steadily. And they use, like most of us, pretty regular steam.
