The SGD had swept the HSV in the first round of the DFB Cup 2020 with 4: 1 of the lawn, but afterwards had been spoken above all over a scene, which took place away from the square.
Hamburg's defender Toni Leistner, formerly Dynamo Dresden, had been massively insulted by a fan during an interview after closing whistle according to its own statement and then slammed out on the tribune on it - for which he apologized for later.
In this case, the Dresden Presidium initiated a Honorary Council against the fan on Monday, which the insults are accused.
"After careful examination of the facts and discussions with several persons immediately involved, the Bureau is due to the fact that the association member concerned has inflicted enormous damage by his appearance to the public reputation of our sports community," says in the corresponding association message.
The Honor Council will now be statutory with the case.
